When applying for a Georgia visa, you must have several documents to support your application, including:
- The printed-out Georgia Visa Application Form.You have to complete the form online, print it, and sign it.
- Your passport, which has been issued in the last ten years and has at least two blank pages. The passport must be valid for at least three more months from the time you intend to depart Georgia.
- Proof of sufficient financial means to cover the duration of your stay, such as:
- Bank statements from the last six months
- A letter confirming your salary
- Pay slips, etc.
- Round-trip ticket confirmed.
- Travel health insurance that covers your entire stay.
- Certificate of Accommodation in Georgia.
- Proof that you have paid the Georgia visa fee.
- passport-sized images that meet Georgia visa photo requirements. The image you attach when applying for a Georgia visa must have the following specifications:
- Dimensions: L 5 mm x Width 4 mm
- Resolution: 300 DPI
- Photographed on white or cream background
- This is recent.
- Must look straight into the camera.
- Glasses must not be worn.
- Don’t wear a hat. Only head coverings for religious purposes are permitted as long as they do not cover the face.
- Images must be of high quality. There should be no underexposure, overexposure, shadows, or glare.
- Additional documentation proving purpose of travel (see below).
Georgia Tourist Visa (Georgia C1 Visa) Requirements
If you are traveling to Georgia for tourism purposes (e.g. Georgia C1 Visa), in addition to the standard documents listed above, you will need:
- Accommodation certificate presented in form:
- Hotel reservation
- Rental agreement
- If staying with friends/relatives: Notarized invitation letter from the person inviting you. The invitation can be downloaded from the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
- If you are traveling with a travel agency or organized group: Specify the itinerary or agenda for your trip.
Georgia Business Visa Requirements (Georgia C3 Visa).
If you are applying for a Georgia C3 visa (business visa), the additional documents you will need are:
- A notarized letter of invitation or letter of invitation from the company you will visit or do business with while in Georgia.
The invitation can be downloaded from the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website. - If applicable: Sufficient financial resources can be demonstrated by proof of sponsorship or proof that the employer is covering the costs.
- A letter from your employer confirming that you are employed and traveling for business reasons.
Georgia Work Visa Requirements
If you are traveling to Georgia to find a job and be employed there, in addition to the standard documents, you will also need the following documents:
- An employment contract indicating its duration and nature. About your employment and the salary you receive.
- Proof of Education or Other Qualifications
Georgia Student Visa Requirements
If you are admitted to a Georgia educational institution, you will also need the following when applying for a Georgia Student Visa:
- Letter of enrollment in the authorized education institution in Georgia
- Proof of financial means, such as through:
- Bank statements from the past 6 months
- Proof you have obtained a scholarship
- Proof of sponsorship
- Proof you have paid the tuition fee
- Proof of previous academic qualifications
Family Visa Requirements
If you are applying for a Georgia family visa, you will also need the following documents:
- Documents proving your family relationship, for example:
- Marriage certificate of your spouse
- Birth certificate of your parents Document-Child Relations
- Proof of Sponsor’s Legal Status in Georgia, Example: B. Identification Card or Residence Card
